American Mechanical Services of Denver (AMS) is a dynamic organization (www.amsofusa.com) focused on serving the commercial, industrial and institutional property owners and managers through a strategic partnership by assisting them in the long-term management of their HVACR and Plumbing systems in their facilities.

AMS Service Centers are located in Denver, Colorado Springs, Dallas, Houston, San Diego,  Washington DC/Baltimore, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis.

AMS is currently seeking a motivated, team-oriented person who is looking for a long-term career with an established organization to fill the full-time position of HVAC / Plumbing  Estimator in the Denver area.

Duties include:

  • Receive field quote requests and enter into client management system
  • Obtain vendor quotes for materials and subcontractor services
  • Collaborate with field employees
  • Customer site surveys
  • Compile complete and accurate estimates for repairs
  • Type customer proposals for repairs
  • Assist Account Executives and Operations team with work flow management


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • One (1) year HVAC or Plumbing related business experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Current Colorado drivers license
  • General knowledge of tools
