Duties: This position is responsible for the distribution of work, the development of HVAC employees and estimating job as well as hands on installation of HVAC, gutters and roof metal.

• Ability to lift 70+ pounds
• Awareness of general safety conditions for the industry and willing to comply,
• A minimum of 5 year's experience in HVAC industry as a journeyman with an emphasis on Sheet Metal and gutter Installation experience
• Residential or Construction experience a plus.
• Collaborate with the multi-family supervisor to coordinate work orders and completions of jobs and deliveries
• Handles employee-related duties also include maintaining employee work records,including information on absenteeism and job performance
• Coordinates deliveries to jobs sites
• Fabrication review and layouts
• Scheduling and approval of employee time off and time sheets for payroll purposes
• The supervisor is responsible for enforcing the department budget

Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation and tools

• Minimal 5 year's experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Must have skills in HVAC repair and maintenance
• Soldering of AC Line Set's
• Experience with major down spouts
• Written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to lead others
• The ability to prepare and present budgets, reports and job estimates

Skills and Elducation:

• HVAC certification in supervisory job position or 3 year's experience and training in field
