As an active partner on the Clinical and Executive Teams, the Vice President leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and ongoing staff development activities to achieve the company’s strategic business goals. Where Integrity meets Creativity

While traditional therapies are an essential part of our services, it is not where the BPI train stops.  As a BCBA owned company with an executive team of clinicians and parents,  we are continuously growing and expanding our service repertoire to truly meet the needs of the autism community. 

 

The VP of CDT will champion the development of our newest service line, BPI Adult Services, as well as further develop and expand our division of school consultation.

 

Additionally, we have an extensive practicum program that we are ready to take to the next level.  The VP of CDT will directly support our newly promoted Practicum Director in her focused efforts to support the future of our field.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support clinical leadership in the implementation of compliance and quality assurance practices.
  • Perform ongoing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a competency-based clinical training program.
  • Oversee the creation of an innovative practicum curriculum.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the department and, as appropriate, the entire organization, facilitate the measurement of those objectives, and report results.
  • Draft and implement policies and best practices to support achievement of objectives and required standards.

 

Education and Experience:

  •    Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  •   Active BCBA certification plus supervision approval
  •   3-5 years of experience implementing Verbal Behavior programming
  •   2+ years leadership experience, preferably at an executive level

 

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Command of exemplary ABA service delivery
  • Expertise in verbal behavior programming
  • Working knowledge of process mapping
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a variety of formats to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Knowledge of Central Reach and insurance billing with multiple payors strongly preferred
