Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking to hire several organized, timely, and respectful HVAC Plumbing/Piping Detailers.  We have opening for Union and Non-Union Detailers, as well as those with 1+ years of experience and those with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• HVAC Plumbing/Piping Detailing (BIM 3-D coordination, AutoCAD, etc).
• Report directly to Detailing Supervisor.
• Coordinate with other detailers as well as project management, directors, owners, other trades, etc.
• Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Characteristics:

• Must be proficient in BIM 3-D coordination & AutoCAD.
• 1+ years experience in HVAC Plumbing/Piping Detailing is required (5+ preferred).
• Strong conceptual (3-D) skills needed.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a “can-do” problem solving attitude.
• Must be an excellent listener and communicator.
