Duties: 

This position is responsible for preparing comprehensive cost and labor estimates for heating, process piping, and sheet metal trades for project bid proposals of residential new construction homes, town homes, and apartments.

  • Familiar with Electrical Installation
  • Preparing competitive, redeemable eletrical cost estimates 
  • Research materials required to carry out approved estimates
  • Experience with Residential New Construction Electrical Estimating
  • Familiar with Title 24 Requirements
  • Experience with residential equipment (appliance, switchboards,circuit breakers etc.)

Requirements:

  • Very organized
  • Experience as a lead or managing a team
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Knowledge of Electrical and electrical equipment
  • Strong time management
  • Self-motivated
  • Solutions-focused
  • Able to navigate Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Experience with Auto CAD Program
  • Experience with Right Soft Program
  • Education
  • Certificate of trade and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
