We are looking for an experienced Implementation & Support Specialist that will be the front line working with our customers to assess and fulfill customer needs, educate, and document the interactions through our CRM, SalesForce.
As an Implementation & Support Specialist you will:
- Help customers set up and configure the BirdDog ATS to meet their business requirements.
- Customer Training on the BirdDog ATS system
- Answer questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the BirdDog software and services.
- Respond to customers via Twitter, Facebook, Email, Chat, and Phone.
- Help customers resolve technical issues with the BirdDog ATS.
- Document and communicate customer needs and wishes to our development team.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience.
- Provide nothing less than AWESOME service to all our customers.
Key attributes we look for:
- The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer concern or question and help them solve it. If you don’t absolutely love doing this 8 hours a day, do not apply.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems are required.
- Excellent writing skills, telephone communication skills, and the ability to “smile on the phone”.
- Prior experience supporting web-based applications.
- Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce technologies is a huge plus
- A true passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential
