Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job profiles and specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, social media, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to company leadership
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with related regulations and maintain relevant files and records surrounding recruiting and associated reporting
- Oversee exit interview process
- Oversee employee referral process
- Oversee tuition reimbursement program
- Ensure all daily, monthly and annual reports and forecasts are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee compensation program

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred. Three years of recruiting experience preferred.
