WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Execute multiple projects, on time, within budget and to agreed specifications as well as provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects while adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques in an effort to maintain corporate initiatives to assist in achieving the company's goals.
- Assess project requirements, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client.
- Ensure that project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
- Facilitate the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders, and conduct status review meetings among project team members and clients.
- Attend pre-bid meetings with clients and prepare proposals in conjunction with department heads, directors and other key individuals; actively assist in Design budget development.
- Manage client interaction on assigned projects and promote positive relationships.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Have analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, excellent communications skills, team building and strong work ethic.
- Ability to build report with project staff.
- Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others.
- High level of scheduling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of IT tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, planning and scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional registration or on the path and almost there!
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
