At Michael & Son Services, our slogan is: “If you can’t, we can”, because Michael & Son provides certified and licensed technicians who maintain/repair/replace HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, fire & water damage restoration…and perform a variety of handyman services. We can even remodel kitchens and bathrooms.

Who are we hiring?

We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly people who enjoy assisting others and learning more about their needs. To be successful, you will need an approachable personality with excellent communication skills. It will require discipline to follow a business strategy and creative problem solving skills. Since we are a fast growing company, you will also need patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.

Duties:

-Handle inbound customer service inquiries and maximize sales opportunities

-Make manual and automated outbound calls in support of targeted sales campaigns

-Strive to achieve sales goals using approved scripts, strategies and technology

-Probe for additional sales opportunities (cross-sell)

-Remind previous clients of recommendations made by technicians and assess current needs

-Coordinate and dispatch service appointments

-Perform clerical and administrative support to ensure clear communication

-Make all potential clients aware of our commitment to professionalism and high quality work in all of our trade areas

Requirements:

-MUST have customer service and some selling experience

-Ability to type 30 wpm with accuracy

-Clear, professional, friendly speaking voice

-Attention to detail and organized

-Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week

-Excellent Attendance and Punctuality will be REQUIRED
