Due to recent growth in our energy business ENE SYSTEMS (ENE) is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our ENE Energy Advisors Group and help drive growth. The ENE Energy Advisor Group (EA) is a division of ENE SYSTEMS and specializes in delivering turn-key energy services for a variety of public and private sector clients. ENE is a member of the National Grid Project Expeditor Program and will look for the BDE to drive business growth through this program.

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for finding (opening doors), qualifying and developing opportunities into projects. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, oversight and management of development, design, construction, and start-up activities. You will identify appropriate technologies during the development phase of projects while maintaining a full understanding of customer needs.  You may also be asked to work with an existing ENE Customer alongside an ENE Account Executive.

Capabilities required include:  

  • Strong Project Management and communication skills.
  • Able to effectively work in a team setting and individually.
  • Able to develop concise scopes of work for energy conservation measures (ECM).
  • Able to develop cost and savings estimates associated with ECMs.
  • Experience in building facilities (Controls, HVAC engineering or similar capacity).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Engineering Degree, CEM, CLEP, LP a big plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office software – Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.
  • Understanding of Energy Modeling Software (HAP, Trace, EQuest)

 

Regional travel throughout the Northeast will be required. Initial focus area will be Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Experience within those regional area a big plus.
