In the River Falls, WI facility, we focus exclusively on plastic injection molding and medical assembly.   We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Secondary Operations Operator. We need a self-motivated, willing team players with assembly skills to immediately start making a difference.

Job Description

  1. Set-up and operate sonic welder, leak tester, and later etching machines following work instructions and supporting documentation such as, APQPs, shop cards, NCMR, and request forms.
  2. Ensures quality operation of the process including adherence to maintenance, line clearance, and cleaning requirements.
  3. Performs dimensional and visual quality checks following noted instructions.
  4. Documents actions according to procedures and work instructions and transacts proper information in computer database.
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate records.
  6. Provides feedback to leadership on machine performance, operational issues, and opportunities for improvements.
  7. Perform all necessary assembly with specific instructions using a variety of tools.
  8. Follow existing manufacturing criteria assuring productivity rates and quality standards.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned to support company values and objectives.

Qualifications

*Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
*Experience: - Physical capabilities involved with performing all job-related tasks. Must be able to lift/carry 30
pounds.
- Previous production experience helpful, though not required.
