OKAY, NOW I AM CURIOUS, Tell Me More...What Does the Service Sales Rep at Tecta America do?

You will be responsible for business development with regards to our maintenance service contracts. You will sell to new and existing clients and schedule sales appointments. You will work in a business to business setting and cover an assigned territory. Since you are a Rock Star, you will also build a portfolio of accounts via prospecting and referrals. Sounds exciting, right?

We are looking for Candidate who have:

Demonstrated success in sales, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results. 
• the Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations and to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone.
3 – 5 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field
• an Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM.

It would be fantastic if you had these experiences in your career as well:

• Strong commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Professional sales training methodology, such as Sandler.
• Knowledge of business and management principles
