Job Description: 

The equipment operator works on a grading crew and will perform a wide variety of tasks both manual and operating equipment.

  • Perform manual labor including staking, shoveling, raking, bending, and handwork, etc.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as a loader, backhoe, skid loader, roller, etc.
  • Work overtime including weekends when needed
  • Work during the day or overnight 

Position Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to work day and/or overnight depending on the project
  • Stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
  • Walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
