About Our Company: Heritage is a residential plumbing, heating, cooling, & electric company that services Southern New Hampshire and Middlesex & Essex Counties in Massachusetts. We are currently seeking out top plumbers, installers, and HVAC service technicians to join our company.

3 Myths That May Keep You From Applying:

Myth 1: “Residential work doesn’t pay as well.”

Heritage pays as much as or more than other competing commercial, new construction, and other residential service companies in the area. We offer starting wages ranging from $28-$40 per hour. On top of that, performance-based bonuses can add up to $500 per week to your paycheck, so you could turn $75K/year into $100K+/year.  We also offer Paid Vacations, Holidays, Sick Days, 401k Retirement, Tools, Health & Dental Insurance, Company Truck to take home, Uniforms & Boots, Training & Development, Company Outings, and much more.

Myth 2: “At a big company, you’re nothing more than a number.”

Heritage is a family business, owned and operated by two brothers and their children. Despite the large size of the company, it still operates from family values, which means that every person matters and is cared for. There is a strong sense of brotherhood among our plumbing, install, and HVAC technicians, who genuinely enjoy working together, and often call each other for guidance on tricky jobs. Plus, the feedback you give matters, and you have plenty of opportunity to give it during group meetings, one-on-ones, and casual discussion with owners and managers who actually listen.

Myth 3: “Big companies put too much focus on sales.”

Untrue— we actually prefer to train all of our technicians on giving options. Our techs work with customers to find the solution that is right for them, based on factors such as code violations, improved efficiency/comfort, preventative maintenance, safety, and saving money. Sometimes the best solution will be the most expensive option, and sometimes it won’t. What matters to us is that the customer is happy and safe.
