On-Call Customer Service M-F Nights (work from home/remote)!

Current Hours Available:
Monday-Friday 7:00PM-10:00PM + On-Call from 10:00PM-7:00AM next day
Located in Wakefield, MA, we are seeking energetic, friendly, and team-working individuals for our expanding, fast-paced service company.

This is a work from home position and proper work space is required.
Job Description for the On-Call Customer Service M-F Nights (work from home/remote)!:
-Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support. This is the majority of this role.
-Using multiple programs at the same time on the computer. Multitasking is a necessity.
-Managing and helping the customer's needs in emergency situations
-Communicating and understanding customer concerns
-Scheduling and booking service calls
-Dispatching and working with technicians
Requirements for the On-Call Customer Service M-F Nights (work from home/remote)!:
-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
-Have work experience answering phones
-Work independently as well as with the office team and field staff
-Have general understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, etc
-Have previous experience in an office setting
-Keep continuous communication with technicians and management
-A+ computer literacy and skills
-Must be able to adapt and with at home schedule
