Creative Specialist

Creates designs and layouts for websites, corporate intranets, email communications, logos, and online interfaces. Also designs materials for Web-based advertising and marketing campaigns. Selects and arranges photos, type, illustrations, and color. Works directly with Marketing Manager on layout & designs. Designs and develops multimedia presentations combining still images, sound, text, video, and animations. Creates presentations used in training, events, corporate presentations, and as sales tools. Has knowledge of digital design software and Web technologies.

Qualifications for Marketing Creative Associate

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Familiar with Analytics and data gathering
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Adobe InDesign (Intermediate to Advance)
  • Adobe Illustrator (Intermediate to Advance)
  • Adobe Photoshop (Intermediate to Advance)
  • Familiar with Squarespace (Beginner to Intermediate)
  • Understanding of the printing process and specifications (Beginner to Advance)
  • Familiarity with production for printing, photography, interactive media (Beginner to Intermediate)
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Video Production background a plus but not required
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Suite and Social Media Platforms
