Necessary qualifications include 5 years experience in the repair & maintenance of residential heating & air conditioning equipment, clean background, and good driving record. Successful candidates should enjoy helping other technicians reach their goals and have the ability & desire to work as a coach and be part of a progressive management team, while still performing field duties.
