The Product Support Sales Manager will manage the Product Support Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives in actively seeking new customers and markets for product support opportunity.  Influence the sale of parts and service in the field for all applicable product lines. 

Job duties:

• Manage Product Support Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives
• Help resolve customer issues
• Maintain open communication between sales, parts and service divisions
• Keep management informed of current economic and customer trends and workloads
• Research, create and implement annual marketing plans
• Coordinate career path training for product support representatives

• Three or more years’ experience managing people with the ability to positively motivate and manage others
• Previous sales experience
• Two or more years’ experience in a related field
• Effective presentation skills
• Positive customer service
• Strong communication skills

• Experience in parts and service
• College degree
