Job Summary:

We are hiring for an ambitious customer focused sales professional specializing in growth and development of their customer base. Successful professionals in this role today are tenacious, critical thinkers, and have strong closing skills. This position offers unlimited income potential, without the micro management. You are compensated based on performance Our ideal candidate will be a professional with previous experience developing a customer base,

Responsibilities:

  • Survey and analyze existing equipment for replacement or retrofit.
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance client base.
  • Possess strong communication skills with non-technical terminology to address customers
  • Ability to build long term customer relationships
  • Work with the team; mentoring and exhibiting leadership skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Sales and Relationship management
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in Account management, Solution selling, Critical thinking
  • Have the ability to track monthly/YTD sales pipeline and close ratio
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Passionate about being a part of the company’s growth goals.
