About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Customer and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in support of our rapid growth.
The Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist will process order approvals, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Contribute to a team-based environment by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by following and using the appropriate policies, procedures, methods, and tools
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Utilize computer technology to process and fulfill orders
- Assist the Accounts Receivable department to ensure order and billing accuracy
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable/Order Processing/Order fulfillment experience
- Demonstrate professionalism and must have strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment
- Mid-level or advanced computer and tools proficiency. Experience with MS Word, Excel & Outlook are required. NetSuite experience a plus.
