Job Title: Legal Process Manager

Role Summary:

An incredible opportunity to join the Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services division of Integreon as a Process Manager. As a Legal Process Manager, you will support efforts to solve problems, manage projects, and sustain existing systems and processes. 

The Process Manager will help identify operational improvement opportunities through independent analysis, assessment of department/company priorities, and working with clients; and lead such programs, including task identification, project design, development and execution.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Identify process improvements opportunities, and suggest new methods to improve client experience and department productivity

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure that potential impact is realized, including training and communications.
  • Collaborates with customer on strategic plan for client using best practice methodologies to support and achieve long-range organizational goals.
  • Communicates with account’s key stakeholders to proactively ensure organizational understanding of the interrelationship of the client and their business processes.
  • Be responsive and timely in responding to questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact to the internal customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
  • Design and execute projects to capture operational improvement value, and/or deliver strategic results.
  • Advise stakeholders and project teams on operational capabilities, gaps, and recommended changes.
  • Define project success measures and measure projects against these measures; Build buy-in from project stakeholders.
  • Identify, report on, and mitigate or escalate project risks.
  • Interface and collaborate cross functionally (i.e. information security, technology, finance) to ensure project success;

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have 5+ years of contracts and project management experience
  • Must have client-facing experience Understanding of project management, process improvement, and change management approaches and methodologies.
  • Previous experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, Master Agreements and other commercial contract types a plus
  • Must have experience reporting metrics and performance data
  • Understanding of project management, process improvement, and change management approaches and methodologies.
  • Ability to build relationships and gain the trust of the practice leads, attorneys, and support staff Understanding of automated systems and applications
  • Relevant Law Firm, Corporate Legal Department or professional services, operations and management experience
  • Six Sigma or Project Management training is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to quickly process and analyze information to make decisions and solve problems
  • Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams Proficiency in CLM a plus
  • Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Education & Experience:

  • JD preferred, contracting experience required
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification a plus
  • 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
  • 5+ years of client facing, project management experience required
