Qualifications (All Positions)
High school diploma or GED
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional, clean-cut appearance and a positive attitude
Employee must have the basic hand tools to install metal plenums and duct work as required.
Must possess problem-solving skills in order to handle diverse job installations and to be able to work with little supervision
Ability to work well and be courteous with co-workers, customers and sub-contractors
Self-Motivated
Advanced verbal and interpersonal skills
Pass a Drug & Background Check

Additional Qualifications (Lead)
Experience leading HVAC teams required
Ability to train and supervise others
Ability to read blueprints
Valid drivers' license
Must be a people-oriented individual with strong customer-relations skills, able to talk through and resolve situations that may arise between the customer and the job installation.
