Warehouse Personnel – KT Industries

K-T Industries is a second-generation wholesale company located in Sheldon, Iowa.  K-T Industries was originally started by Harold Tatsumi as a tool importing company and has expanded it's product offering to many different areas including welding, safety, abrasive and air products.  K-T remains dedicated to bringing customers high quality products at competitive costs and building lasting business relationships.

Currently we are searching for Warehouse Personnel in Sheldon, Iowa.  We have many career opportunities within our growing company!  We do not require warehouse experience, and are currently considering both full-time and part-time team members. 

What you will do:

• Prepare orders accurately by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and preparing shipments
• Helping with unloading trucks and putting wholesale products away
• Maintain quality service by following organizational and legal standards
• Keeping a safe and clean work environment
• Work effectively in a team environment while having fun!

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Self- motivated for success
• Must be able to operate a computer proficiently
• Stand, bend, twist, crouch and stoop while lifting 50 pounds

What we offer:

• $12-$15 per hour base rate depending on hours and position,  plus increases based on number of average lines picked.  Potential to make up to $25/hr with full time positions!!
• Working 45 hours per week
• Day shift: M-F 6 AM – 3:30 PM
• Night shift: M-Th 2:30 PM – 3 AM
