JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills. Associates Degree (preferred), or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an administrative assistant . Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess the ability to multi-task efficiently and able to manage multiple priorities. Must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and able to trouble shoot and identify solutions to obstacles. Must demonstrate patience, tact and a positive attitude toward the members and general public.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT:
Completes a broad variety of high-level tasks for CLO including; vendor management responsibilities, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, perform complex and confidential administrative functions. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on issues and concerns address to CLO including sensitive or confidential matters. Communicate projects and deadlines and various other tasks and assignments.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Responsible for the administration of the Meridian Link, Real Estate Loan origination systems and DocuSign.

Responsible for the administration of the early warning systems.

Responsible for the administration of the design, implementation and tracking of all loan promotions.

Review and approve loan account maintenance requests.

Responsible for the maintenance and updating of all loan policies and procedure manuals.

Review regulations as they apply to lending.

Assist with implementation of new loan products and procedures and necessary training.

Serve as a backup loan processor for Senior Manager level.

Maintain proficient Word/Excel and letter writing skills.

Understand compliance issues & attends training as they relate to Administrative Assistant, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act; Reg P; Patriot Act, Reg. Z, Safe Act and Reg. B.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
