We are seeking an ATC/BMS/DDC Controls Engineer  who is knowledgeable to engineer submittal drawings for assigned ATC, BMS, and HVAC Control System projects as turned over from Project Manager, following details of the specification and sales turnover.  This position reports to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Must have extensive knowledge of ATC, BMS, BAS, HVAC Control Systems


• Must be able to work with AutoCad and Visio


• Full comprehension of job scope and ENE Systems responsibilities as defined/ specified by PM.


• Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of simple to complex control systems and associated devices.


• Layout and CAD drawings for all controllers and systems per specified sequences of operation.


• Communicate daily or as required with the Project Manager assigned to the specific project as to the status and progress of the engineered drawings.


• Communicate any deviations or problems that may arise during the engineering portion of work with the PM for resolution.


• Update and maintain as required, project's master field set of documentation for as-built/record purposes. This includes but is not limited to electrical power circuit I.D.'s, communication/network wiring, field panel locations, I.P. addresses, etc. . .

• At completion of project, document all as built changes and produce a finished set of drawings for use in the O&M package

 

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have a 2 year technical degree or equivalent field experience.


• Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems


• Must have extensive knowledge of ATC/EMS systems
