Job Summary
This position will consist of managing materials inventory and yard cleanup. This position will also operate front-end loader for yard cleanup, loading vehicles at the plant and load dump truck with recycled material. This position will perform back-up Plant Operator duties when needed.
- Operate front-end loader for yard cleanup, loading vehicles, the plant and load dump truck with recycled material.
- Deslug ready-mix plant at end of day.
- Perform general cleanup of plant and yard, such as shoveling and sweeping.
- Perform metal fabrication for plant operations.
- Concrete testing as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent.
- MNDOT Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- Apply knowledge and learning capabilities of mechanical functions of various components and equipment including electrical, pneumatics, compressed air, mixer trucks, batch plant equipment, water systems and computerized batching equipment.
- Must have front-end loader experience.
- Handle multiple tasks at one time.
