Summary

Objective:  To provide professional, genuine service to our guests, to acquire complete knowledge of all beverages, food menu, specials, and to have complete understanding of the POS system and company policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Uphold and abide by the employment policies of the New Ulm Conference Center.
2. Successfully complete the Bartender Training Program, including the following:
   1. Appearance on the job.
   2. Restaurants History and Structure
   3. Food Menu/Beverage Knowledge
   4. Service Standards
   5. Digital Dining Procedures
   6. Liquor Liability

3. Complete Event Opening Procedures 
4. Perform the following Service responsibilities:
   1. Know Safety and Sanitation Procedures
   2. Greet Guests Professionally and Efficiently
   3. Make Drinks Proficiently
   4. Handle Unusual Circumstances
   5. Handle Guest(s) with Special Needs
   6. Clear and Set Bar/Tables
   7. Guest Courtesy
   8. Answer All Questions Intelligently
   9. Ensure Customer Satisfaction
   10. Be Accurate and Responsible when Handling the Till
   11. Deal With Complaints Competently
   12. Work as Part of the Team
   13. Uphold Quality Standards
