Corporate Residential Leasing Specialist

Overview:

We are currently seeking a proven sales professional to identify, develop and close new business within the corporate housing, relocation and extended stay industry. This position will be responsible for increasing brand awareness to targeted corporate clients, growing market penetration and uncovering new business opportunities for BLT’s luxury residential portfolio.  

 

Ideal candidate profile:

•    Strong consultative sales skills, with a proven track record in corporate residential sales , must be able to sell value over price 
•    Demonstrated ability to work with and generate short and long-term housing business through small, medium and Fortune 500 companies.   
•    Experience with sales territory development and management , able to build  relationships with area businesses and our targeted client base to achieve sales goals 
•    Experience selling temporary and longer term housing solutions to the business community, specifically for relocation, human resources needs, training and travel departments in area companies
•    Ability to drive awareness of BLT’s residential portfolio among the employees of targeted corporations


 

Requirements:

•    BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management or Public Relations 
•    5 to 7 years in a Sales role as an independent contributor
•    Experience/ understanding of sales related social media usage; Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Google Plus, Pinterest, and YouTube  
•    Entrepreneurial and results driven attitude is a must 
•    Excellent written communication, analytical and organizational skills
