his position is responsible for investigating the status of properties by managing tax credits, coordinating vendors, and communicating with our national vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting research of properties for tax purposes by sorting via escrow status and MLS
• Make inquiry calls of pending homes to verify status
• Managing documents for code violations 
• Negotiate tax liens 
• Manager violations fees 
• Invoicing vendors in our national sector
• Managing applications for properties
• Use of various realty databases to keep track of property research
• Managing of property bids

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 years experience in real estate, accounting or other relevant field
• College degree preferred 
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Technology skills relating to office copy and communication systems
• Ability to work at a fast pace, individually and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage, organize, and execute multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills and friendly demeanor
• Follow direction well and be willing to assist where needed in all areas; a team player
• Real estate and/or construction experience, not required, but preferred
