This position is responsible for providing excellent member service by performing a broad variety of functions including, but not limited to processing member transactions, opening and closing accounts, answering questions, cross-selling products and services, and assisting with other office functions as needed.  

Previous customer service and cash handling experience required.  Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.  The successful candidate will maintain a professional appearance and enthusiastic personality.  Ability to stand for long periods, manual dexterity of hands and fingers, and moderate lifting and movement is required.  A standard schedule consists of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30-2:30 or varied depending on business needs; scheduling flexibility is crucial.
