Heritage Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical has been serving communities in New Hampshire for almost 30 years! We have recently expanded our service area into Massachusetts. We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems for homeowners. Our purpose here at Heritage, is to help elevate the quality-of-life for our team members, customers, community, and trades. Today, Heritage has over 50 technicians and 25 office staff members that will serve over 25,000 customers this year!

About Our Plumbing Service Technician’s

Our Plumbing Service Technician’s are responsible for maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems, servicing the gas/electric hot water heater, pumps, drains and plumbing fixtures. Responsibilities for the residential Plumbing Service Technician will include (but are not limited to) dealing directly with customers, evaluating jobs, pricing the work, completing the work, and collection of payment. The ideal candidate should be very efficient, and must enjoy serving people and discussing options with customers.

 

Experience Welcomed:

  • 2+ years of service experience
  • NH Gas License
  • Journeyman / Master's Plumbing License for NH, ME, or MA 
  • Installation experience with plumbing
  • Sales / Communication Background

Untrue— we actually prefer to train all of our technicians on giving options. Our techs work with customers to find the solution that is right for them, based on factors such as code violations, improved efficiency/comfort, preventative maintenance, safety, and saving money. Sometimes the best solution will be the most expensive option, and sometimes it won’t. What matters to us is that the customer is happy and safe.
