We're looking for "hands on" skilled Waterproofers (caulking, flashing, decking, and stucco) Carpenters with remodeling experience who can think ahead and solve problems. We will also consider a junior level carpentry helper who can handle a saw and a couple laborers who have some experience and want to learn more about the trades. 

We want "team players" with a positive and helpful attitude who can think on a "project" basis and let management know what is needed in advance and who communicate well with fellow workers, management and customers.
 

  • Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, valid photo I.D. and excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience, reliable transportation, and appropriate tools. 


Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide employment authorization documentation if you are selected for a position. 
  • Must have tools.
  • Ability to install stucco a plus. 
  • Must be able to work self supervised. 
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
