Crawford Services is located in the heart of the DFW metroplex. We have offices in both Dallas and Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all on-site activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

  • Conducts frequent daily reviews of the work being executed by field personnel to ensure the quality of the work executed aligns with Crawford’s expectations and standards.

  • Prepares and maintains schedules and proactively identifies and resolves issues related to project and scope changes, bad weather, delivery delays, emergencies, etc., in order to minimize impact.

  • Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work place practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • 5 + years of field experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • HVAC knowledge a plus
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects, scheduling, field supervision, and quality control
  • Ability to work fluctuating work schedules and extensive work hours in the field
  • Clean background and driving record
