Landscapes Golf Management is seeking an individual to work as a Business Development Coordinator.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will play a critical supporting role in developing our future portfolio of clients.  You are creative, independent, and entrepreneurial. You are resourceful and utilize quick decision-making skills. You are timely, consistent, and well organized. You understand and convey urgency to drive action. You are a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, and enjoy working with a team while often performing your duties independently.

Daily job responsibilities:

Cultivating new third-party management, advisory and consulting leads.  Management of our proposal development efforts, managing contacts within our CRM software, RFP response development, market research, proposal preparation, and marketing. Addition duties may include research calls/emails, executing mass email campaigns, orchestrating targeted traditional mailing campaigns, responding to replies from email/printed mail campaigns, and attending business development functions or conferences, as needed. 

Monthly productivity expectations:

  • Identify a minimum of five (5) qualified new business opportunities via:
    • RFP’s, RFQ’s, Articles, LinkedIn search, networking, vendor relationships, etc.
  • Summarize, for the EVP, relevant information for management and consulting services
  • Maintain established outbound digital prospecting efforts (i.e. email, print, LinkedIn, etc.)

Other metrics tracked:

  • Research efforts
  • Personalized follow up emails
  • Quality of written proposals, presentation materials, and outbound communications 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (sales or marketing preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
  • Travel will be limited to 3 to 5 industry gatherings annually and certain sales presentations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Personal time and benefits package included
  • Work can be completed from home
  • Base Salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate; however, we anticipated a total compensation package value between $60,000 and $75,000 per year.
  • There will be the opportunity to pursue the position of Business Development Representative, which will include outbound sales, RFP presentations, and deal structuring.
