SUMMARY:
You will act as a first point of contact; generating and training new real estate broker partners and maintaining these partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

Outbound sales calls

Research basic information for contacting new partners

Developing and maintaining business relationships within partnership

Maintain call list and note status of calls

Keep track of call progress and sales

Other duties as may be assigned
WORKSKILLS: Strong sales skills, stellar interpersonal skills, great work ethic and desire to be successful, great phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines, self-motivated and ability to stay on task, must work well with others
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in sales, preferably Real Estate sales
QUALIFICATIONS: Basic math proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite, quick thinker, ready to ask questions
EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Real Estate License or background is preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional, business casual setting, ability to thrive in a competitive work environment
COMPENSATION: Base salary of $800/week for the first four weeks, then phasing into pure performance pay during week 5*
