EnviroVantage is growing and looking for a Marketing Manager to support the organization by providing effective communications across various media (i.e. written, social media, email, video, and web).
Essential Functions:
- Manage the marketing plan for EnviroVantage to include daily, weekly, monthly and annual initiatives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns with support of technical leads to include email, social, webinars, and in person events
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image both internally and externally, and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels
- Creation, implementation and management of industry award submissions
- Capture unique content including photos, videos etc. from job sites through use of cameras, drones etc.
- Manage all social media channels, strategy and activity
- Responsible for the creation of marketing materials and/or working with outside agency support
- Ensure company website is kept up to date
- Organize and maintain membership of all defined Industry groups and ensure EnviroVantage personnel attend specific tradeshows and industry events as needed
- Maintain effective internal marketing communications as directed
- Develop and write a corporate newsletter
Experience/Education:
- A proven track record in a marketing role
- Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts
- Enthusiastic and creative
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, leadership and team management skills
- Analytic ability
- Experience within the remediation and construction industry is a bonus
- A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, advertising or related field is required
- Experience with Hubspot Marketing and CRM will be a significant asset
- Exposure to SEO, PPC and other digital marketing an asset
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
