Compensation
Wage Range $18.00/hr. - $24.00/hr. based on qualifications & experience

Qualifications
An HVAC Apprentice shall demonstrate the following competencies:
- Ability to work overhead from ladders, man lifts, scaffold, etc.
- Willingness to learn and advance in a trade or multiple trades
- Ability to safely use basic and powered hand tools (screw drivers, hammers, wrenches, drills, saws, etc.)
- Ability to lift items over 50#
- Ability to kneel, stoop, reach overhead repeatedly throughout the course of a day
- Must possess the ability to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to listen and understand written and spoken instructions
- Ability to commute to the project site on time as scheduled
- Produce quality work in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company safety standards and protocols.
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace.
The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have and maintain a professional image
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to travel overnight as required
