Job Title: CLM Implementation consultant

Location: Remote, US

Role Summary:
An incredible opportunity to join the Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services division of Integreon as a CLM Implementation consultant. As a CLM Implementation consultant, you will support the CLM implementation for successful system deployment and on-demand support.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drive execution of CLM (ICERTIS, Conga, etc.), product implementations in accordance to CLM implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
• Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives.
• Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with various teams to support across multiple engagements.
• Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to CLM product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
• Drive CLM system upgradations, consultation to provide business strategies.
• Plan and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks.
• Support documenting the solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Triage, troubleshoot and collaborate with development teams to address solution issues.
• Support change management strategy and sustainment for ICM.
• Support users during UAT for executing test scripts and monitor defect tracking and resolution.

Required Skills/Capabilities:

• Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration.
• Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective actions in achieving stated objectives.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
• Understand business and functional contract management processes usually referred to as CLM
• Contract management experience, understanding of contacting templates, clauses, and meta data.
• Adaptable to using configuration tools within CLM SaaS platform.
• Experience writing and executing test cases.
• Understand user management structure with vision for enhancement to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.
• Experience in Data migration/Cutover activities such as master & transaction data.
• Strong understanding on taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.
• Track record of supporting systems with global implementations.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelors or Paralegal

· 3-4 years of relevant experience

· Knowledgeable of contracts and their legal structure.
