Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA’s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Foreman to join our team as a Site / Pipe Foreman.  This position will be expected to coordinate tasks and crews relative to site and pipe work on residential and commercial job sites in a 70 mile radius of Reading, PA.  This position is well suited for a highly motivated high energy candidate looking to be part of a high functioning team.

The ideal Foreman candidate is expected to do or learn the following:

• 3+ yrs of leadership experience preferably in site work, sanitary, storm, and water main installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints relative to specific job

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a crew

• Ability to direct a crew to its maximum productivity
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
