Position Objective

To ensure compliance in logistics and trade operation through execution of processes and procedures adapted to legal requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Import/Export control and compliance across the Global Facilities and suppliers including management of accurate HTS, COO and ECCN numbers, Duty Drawback, Denied Party Screening and work with Partner Government Agencies.
• Supports the transportation of materials, tooling and equipment within the Quadion supply chain in a manner that is both timely and cost effective. Maintains relationships with outside freight forwarders as well as the transportation support personnel within the supply base.
• Frequent contact with team members at all Quadion locations, including Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, Accounting, Sales and R&D and Quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Business degree with emphasis in Logistics, Operations and/or Supply Chain or 5 years experience in logistics, import / export or trade compliance.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills.
• Works effectively in a team environment contributing to team goals and objectives.
• Ability to support our Core values of Customer First, Innovation, Team, Urgency and Integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CAD drawings
• Understanding of BPCS/AS400 IBM ERP system
• Understanding of Lotus Notes and Database Systems
