General Description
Eurovia is seeking Systems Administrator for the US operations. The work location is on site in Winter Park, Florida and will report to the Group Manager, IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security. In this role, you will work with a team of accomplished desktop, server and network personnel. The Systems Administrator should demonstrate technical, communication and troubleshooting skills, and have experience in a multi-site environment. Specifically, responsible maintaining windows server, cyber security systems and backup solutions. A thorough knowledge of Windows software, variety of hardware knowledge, good communication and people skills are necessary.
Key Duties
- Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review design and general best practices
- Create clear, concise process and system diagrams and other supporting documentation
- Ensure system backups are completed and contribute to disaster recovery planning
- Provides support to technical staff regarding system administration and usage
- Involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; determines logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems
- With guidance, contribute to cyber security controls development and recommendations
- Participate in risk and maturity assessments
- Maintain IP address management and a detailed inventory of all network devices
- Ensure all network devices are at supported patch levels and compliant with company policy
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols
- Use ITSM system for change management and incident management
- Ability to manage Cisco switches, internet connectivity and Cisco IP phones
- Review policies, cybersecurity controls, and evidence against designated cybersecurity framework
- Ensure infrastructure and cyber security services are working correctly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills are required with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific degree or equivalent experience in role of network and cyber security
- Minimum 2-3 years of networking experience with 2 years using Microsoft Windows Servers in a virtual environment with Active Directory, Group Policies and TCP/IP networking
- Certifications desired: CCNA. CCNP, or Security+
- Comprehensive understanding of networking technologies, firewall and windows environments.
- Knowledge of common protocols SNMP, TCP/UDP, HTTPS, SMTP, NTP, LDAP, Kerberos, and RADIUS
- Relevant experience with Anti-virus, Firewalls, IDS and other cyber security systems
- Ability to foster and build strong relationships and ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of troubleshooting networks, storage, switches, routers, and access points
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Physical Demands. The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- Periodic physical effort, including standing, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day. Employee must be able to periodically stand for extended periods of time, and to stoop, bend, and crouch as required to perform Key
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects (40 lbs).
- Travel to locations to assist team or deploy systems as needed
Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that will be encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Work is performed predominately indoors, although periodic visits to construction sites or asphalt manufacturing facilities may be required.
- Noise level in the office work environment is normal.
