Our Customer Care Specialist is an integral part of helping to keep clients updated about their project and to keep the project moving. In this role, you will work with all departments in the organization to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible. This includes building a relationship with other team members to help ensure timely results and communication for our customers. Great organizational and communication skills are a must as we need to keep a line of communication open with clients about their project and other departments about all projects.
The Customer Care Specialist is a mixture of work from home and work from the Moxie office.
Key Responsibilities:

Workstream management, problem resolution and customer service.

Coordinate with the Sales team on any contract amendments.

Communicate project corrections to the appropriate department.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers; addressing issues, delays, and resolutions.

Address Onboarding issues to ensure projects are moving forward.

Address complex interconnection application issues by coordinating with departments.

Coordinate project cancellations in cooperation with appropriate departments, i.e., accounting, sales, finance, operations, engineering, procurement.

Additional tasks as needed and assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour, with additional consideration based on skills and prior experience. Regular reviews and raises are awarded based on tenure and performance with increases far above industry standard.
