Job Description

  • Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments. 
  • Researches customer complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve issues. 
  • Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy and proper revenue recognition.
  • Submit all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper GL coding to ensure payment.
  • Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions including onboarding (employment processing and drug testing), compensation, garnishments, workers compensation claims and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform payroll adjustments and research payroll issues.
  • Process MTE payroll for non-field personnel
  • Control office inventory management
  • Prepare Timesheet and Billing Preparation.
  • Submit documentation to set up new vendors, as needed
  • Field and Customer Support.
  • Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
  • Answer office phone calls and assist or redirect the calls, as needed.

Pay Rate: $23 to $26 hourly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have formal training in office procedures and use of office equipment.
  • Must have excellent data entry skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Superior organizational skills and accuracy is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Strong ability to work proactively and take initiative.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must have transportation to and from the office location
  • Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight to ten-hour day.
  • Experience with Aspire business software, a plus
