Job Description
- Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments.
- Researches customer complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve issues.
- Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy and proper revenue recognition.
- Submit all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper GL coding to ensure payment.
- Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions including onboarding (employment processing and drug testing), compensation, garnishments, workers compensation claims and maintaining employee records.
- Perform payroll adjustments and research payroll issues.
- Process MTE payroll for non-field personnel
- Control office inventory management
- Prepare Timesheet and Billing Preparation.
- Submit documentation to set up new vendors, as needed
- Field and Customer Support.
- Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
- Answer office phone calls and assist or redirect the calls, as needed.
Pay Rate: $23 to $26 hourly

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have formal training in office procedures and use of office equipment.
- Must have excellent data entry skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
- Superior organizational skills and accuracy is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Strong ability to work proactively and take initiative.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have transportation to and from the office location
- Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight to ten-hour day.
- Experience with Aspire business software, a plus
