Koil Metals has an immediate opening for Customer Service Sales Support.

Customer Service Sales Support is responsible for providing support to the sales team as well as overall administrative support.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Develops meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. Understands our product offerings and can communicate effectively to the team as well as customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains customers
  • Prepares reports of business transactions
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a database
  • Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
  • Coordinates with freight carriers to ensure timely delivery

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
