Job Description – Corporate Recruiter
Location: Navasota, TX
Reports to: Human Resources Director
POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Recruiter will be an influential member of the STgenetics human resources team. This position will report directly to the Director of HR and will be the primary recruiter for an employee population of 800 US team members. This role will support the recruiting activities across 3 primary regions (Wisconsin, Ohio & Texas) with additional operations nationwide. This role will also support other HR functional responsibilities including but not limited to payroll support, compensation, benefits, employee relations & learning management. The position is a hands-on candidate facing recruitment role.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Provide primary recruitment support for 10 operations facilities across the USA with a total employee population of ~800 team members.
- Work closely with the local and regional leadership teams regarding employment & staffing.
- Assist the HR Director in building recruitment strategies and initiatives including candidate attraction, compensation, candidate assessment, manager recruitment training, etc.
- Lead and support other recruitment projects as assigned by the HR Director.
- Support other HR team members in the areas of benefits, payroll, employee relations & Learning Management.
- Ability to manage an average vacant position requisition load of 50-80 North America jobs.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- at least 1 year 3rd party or corporate recruiting experience required.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills.
