Kraemer North America is currently looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our team in Plain, Wisconsin. The Accounting Administrator provides comprehensive financial services in a timely and accurate manner, and performs various accounting related duties and procedures for payroll, accounts payable and general accounting. This position coordinates administrative reports & financial summaries, and provides quality customer service to both internal and external customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls on a weekly basis, including time entry                                        
  • Process and send files to banks and other required agencies
  • Assist in processing certified payrolls, new hires, and vacation and sick reporting                            
  • Complete online reporting for subcontractor compliance and payments
  • Process and print payroll and accounts payable check runs
  • Respond to internal and external requests for reports, etc.
  • Send out miscellaneous accounting reports
  • Perform bank, general ledger, and other reconciliations
  • Enter data for accounts payable invoices and payroll related vouchers
  • Provide customer service via phone calls, email, general inquiries, etc.
  • Perform general tasks, data entry, filing, meshing, locating or copying of documents

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred
  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality within multiple work scopes
  • Experience in computer reporting, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Ability to prioritize/organize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with tax laws

Base salary is dependent on multiple factors: education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity and/or location.
