Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an experienced Construction Management/Analyst who can immediately join our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  Previous construction management/analyst experience required – HVAC/Plumbing preferred, but not required.  College degree (any field) is a plus, and previous resource/master scheduling experience a BIG plus.  Skills required include the following:  excellent customer service and relationship skills, high level of both verbal and written communication skills, strong computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Outlook), highly organized, good planner and critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism.  

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Manage forecast for all company resources, including:

   • Anaheim office construction/tenant improvement

   • Plumbing construction/tenant improvement

   • San Diego office construction/tenant improvement

2. Obtain & update availability for resources & compile into Excel environment for presentation to management

3. General labor management (process labor-loading statistics for new projects + audit labor-loading actual vs goal throughout project)

4. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

5. Other duties as assigned.
