If you are a licensed Class A CDL Driver who is looking for a rewarding, local opportunity with an established company, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will ensure the safety of each delivery from the moment you leave the facility until you have completed each delivery.
Specific duties may include:
- Operating a delivery vehicle to/from the jobsite
- Unloading materials/Equipment on jobsites as directed
- Physically handling material/Heavy Equipment
- Overseeing the safe loading of the delivery vehicle to ensure the order is accurate and that the material are of the highest quality possible
- Obeying all regulatory agency and company safety directives
- Obeying all traffic laws and weight limits
- Supervising and expediting the unloading operation at delivery sites to ensure the safe and accurate delivery and look for damage of material or discrepancies.
- Responsible for site safety as it pertains to the delivery of material/equipment.
- Accurately distribute and place all specified materials/Equipment as indicated on the order/site supervisor.
- Safely and effectively operate a bobcat/Excavator as needed, based on the specific requirements of the jobsite.
- Responsible for having the delivered material neatly as possible.
Specific qualifications include:
- Valid CDL – Class A
- Hazmat endorsement a plus
- Commercial Driving: 2 years (Required)
- Driving: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to unload, transport, and position all Heavy Equipment materials as required.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. up to 100 with assistance.
- Positive attitude and team oriented
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a truck driver/ Heavy Equipment
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS)
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
- Valid truck driving license

Time and Attendance:
This position requires punctuality and consistent attendance.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday. Night, split shift, and / or weekend depending on project needs.
Pay and Benefits:
- $29 - $30 per hour
