Fleming Complete, LLC is an established general contractor with a growing workforce. We focus on commercial tenant improvements, new construction, and repairs. We're seeking an experienced individual with Superintendent responsibilities knowledge as they apply to this position. We service a wide array of industries including automotive, aviation, education/childcare, food service, industrial, office, and retail clients within the Phoenix Metro area.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

It's essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of many aspects of construction and safety practices.

You'll have the opportunity to represent Fleming Complete directly with our clients.

Your Superintendent responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel throughout the Phoenix Metro Area
  • Daily opening and closing of construction site
  • Daily photos reflecting progress of project
  • Daily Report completion and electronic submission
  • Daily application of construction principles
  • Oversee construction project from start to finish
  • Maintain and enforce job safety to comply with Company and OSHA safety standards
  • Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with scope of work, document, and write-up and communicate any concerns or violations
  • Identify work deficiencies, provide and enforce solutions
  • Professional, follow through with actions and commitments
  • Ensure quality, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Complete work in a timely manner.
  • Perform duties at multiple job sites simultaneously

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years' experience in construction trades
  • 2 years' experience as Superintendent
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and environments
  • Able to work independently
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs
  • Comfortable and capable of clear courteous verbal and written communications with customers
  • Current valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Detail oriented
  • High level of integrity
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • OSHA10 preferred, but not required
  • Practices diligence with a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking
  • Language: English, bilingual a plus

HOURS:

Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm, some nights, some weekends
