We are currently looking for a Multifamily Superintendent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. A Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the operations of the construction site, beginning from pre-construction planning through completion.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the construction process from civil construction through certificate of occupancy. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct employees to ensure compliance and with plans and specs
  • Manage quality control
  • Manage inspection approvals with all authorities having jurisdiction from civil construction through certificate of occupancy
  • Perform daily inspection of project and provide accurate schedules for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Lead efforts to promote safety on projects and monitor subcontractors for compliance and best practices
  • Provide accurate daily reports
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and log records of meeting minutes
  • Responsible for correction on deficient workmanship and sub-standard work
  • Responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Mentors and trains construction associates of the policies, procedures, systems and technical construction means, and methods used.
  • Maintains the construction documents (permits, lot files, trade associate files, plans, specifications, inspections, surveys, change orders, etc.) at the job site so the pertinent information is readily accessible.

What we are Looking for…

  • High School Diploma required
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in on-site multifamily construction supervision/management
  • At least 5 years of experience building multifamily/multi-tenant projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction related studies preferred
  • OSHA 30 hour required
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Successful candidates are fluent in English, Spanish speaking skills are a plus
